Granada Hills Convalescent Hospital DBA Granada Hills Care Center is a 48 bed Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Facility. We are a small facility that provides a home like atmosphere with great outdoor space to enjoy. We are an independent owner facility, and a historically five star building. Our quality speaks for itself in our residents outcomes, and overall satisfaction.

We provide onsite Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy Services, in addition to skilled nursing services which may include pain management, wound management, and so much more.

Our dedicated staff include our Nurse Practitioner, Director of Nursing and her dedicated team of RN’s, LVN’s and Certified Nursing Assistants that can help with every need that shall arise during your recovery.

We are located in Granada Hills, off the 118 freeway, with lovely outdoor/indoor areas to enjoy with your loved one. We are set back off the road, with tranquil courtyards and outdoor spaces to make your healing journey peaceful, while getting you back to your prior level of care.
