MEDICAL DIRECTOR: Dr. Reyadh Michail, MD
MEDICAL DIRECTOR: Dr. Reyadh Michail, MD is a Family Medicine Specialist and our Medical Director, who has over 52 years of experience in the medical field. He graduated from UNIVERSITY OF MOSUL / COLLEGE OF MEDICINE in 1971. Dr. Reyadh Michail is also a three time award winning physician of top performing provider, with LA Care most recently recognized in 2025 again.
Director of Nursing: Laura Villarreal, Family Nurse Practitioner. Laura became our facilities Director of Nursing in 2013. She has worked in the skilled nursing field since 2004 and has experience in almost all the departments. Laura really leads with her heart and treats her residents as if they were her own family. She is quality and care focused and has become a practicing nurse practitioner who leads a great team. She is a true leader and helps this building thrive.
Administrator: Stacy Wasden, LNHA, MPA Stacy joined the team in December of 2019. Stacy began her career as a nursing assistant in 2003, working her way up into risk management and accreditation, then into other administrative roles in health care, in both acute and skilled nursing settings. She has her Masters in Public Administration, and her Bachelors in Health Care Administration. She is a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator for the State of California.
Rehabilitation Director – Anil Bansal, MPT – Anil has been a practicing Physical Therapy Director for over 17 years, and has worked with our facility for over 10 years. He received his Master in physical therapy with specialization in Geriatrics from Florida International University and has worked in Michigan, Washington DC and Virginia before settling in Los Angeles. Anil is ourhidden gem, as he is the one in charge of your rehab stay, and getting you back to your prior level of functioning, as long as you work with him that is! Anil is always smiling and the most caring rehab director you will ever meet!
Director of Staff Development/ Infection Preventionist – Xiomara Sandoval, LVN. Xiomara has dedicated her life towards her residents and her staff ensuring that our residents get the best possible care, and our staff are happy. She has worked for Granada Hills for years, helping evolve our facility into what it is today. She helps make our care the best in the area!
Marketing/Admissions: – Julia Zubarev- Julia joined us in late 2022. She has 28 years of experience in the San Fernando area in Assisted and Skilled Nursing Facilities. She is your go to resource for physicians and knowing the ins and outs of the Skilled Nursing world. She is the face you will see prior to admission on tours, and the one who will help you through the process of being admitted to our facility.
Dietary Supervisor -Paulo Elias – Paulo Elias has worked at our facility for 16 years, and has been in the field since 2003. He began his career as a dietary aid to cook then to supervisor in 2010. and on. In 2021, Paulo received his CDM a huge accomplishment in the Dietary field. Paulo is driven and runs a tight ship. His kitchen is always complimented by visitors as he knows how to run his department well! Paulo loves to cook and has a passion for putting smiles on our faces with yummy food. He cooks for our residents, and our staff. Paulo is always looking to keep busy and has recently started a catering business. Look out as his food will blow you away and he thrives to see us all happy!
Medical Records- Mina Romualdez – Mina has been our medical records, keeping our departments on their toes, making sure their cross their T’s and dot their I’s. She is an outstanding member of the team, and does her job thoroughly. She has a great attitude and is an invaluable member of the team! She has worked for us for 12 years and in the field for over 31 years.
Business Office Manager – Raquel Brewster. Raquel has worked with Granada Hill Center for several years, helping the facility thrive. She is a billing expert and here to help in any way possible. She is dedicated in helping others thrive.
Social Services Designee– Ana Campos – Ana has dedicated her life towards caring for our residents, working her way from activities to social services department, she has honed in on making sure our residents every need is obtained during and after discharges. She is a valuable resource here at GHCC.
Activities Director – Diana Hernandez, Diana started July 11, 2023. We are excited and eager to have her join our team. She has experience, in her Adult Day Care Setting.
Maintenance Director – Gene Rivera –Gene is our newest member of the team, joining us in early 2024. He is a very experienced Maintenance Director in skilled nursing facilities. He is our go to guy for helping on any issues, from beds, to TV’s to anything else. If there is anything that needs fixing he is our resource.
MDS Coordinator – Jay Singh – Jay is our RN who helps us in MDS, and has worked with us since 2011. Originally working on the floors, working his way through LVN, RN then BSN, and finally working his way into the MDS office. Jay works well to get to know our residents and helps ensure GHCC thrives. Jay is one of the nicest, caring RN’s that we have here!
Infection Preventionist – Alex Beckett-Sellers, Alex is an experienced LVN who joined us in 2022. She has excelled in her area of expertise and our Infection Preventionist for the Building. She also works on the floor. She has been a wonderful addition to our management team.
